24-Seven Cooling’s boss has paid tribute to his ‘professional and hardworking’ staff after announcing the firm has renewed all its main maintenance contracts for the next two years.
The contracts are with three large co-operative groups and two major hospitals in the Midlands and the north of England.
Managing director Ean Jones says the ongoing success of the Great Wyrley-based air conditioning and refrigeration specialists shows the employees are doing their jobs right.
“It’s very rare that we ever lose a customer. In fact it’s only ever happened in extenuating circumstances, such as when a company has gone out of business or been taken over and already has other arrangements in place.
“Over the years companies have tended to use us and stick with us. I think a big part of that is the expertise and flexibility of our staff. We have some excellent people who care about the quality of the work they produce and buy into our ethos of ensuring our clients are happy. Whether it’s on a new installation project, or routine maintenance, we always give 100 per cent and provide the best equipment and advice that we can.”
Director Paul Proud added: “We have been a very successful company now for a considerable time. This has been built on having the right engineers and support staff with us, and always putting our customers first. 24-Seven Cooling has a history of building lasting relationships and that is something we will continue to prioritise.”
