We have been looking at our equipment and don't know if it will meet the new gas regulations.

We can visit your site and inspect your equipment, advise you of items that no longer meet the regulations or may need to be changed or upgraded in the near future. Any Obselete equipment containing CFC's will need the CFC refrigerant removing by a competant handler and must be disposed of under the current regulations.

Our air conditioning unit has become noisey, what could be the problem?

There could be serveral reasons for this, however the most common is that the fans are having to work harder to move the air due to parcially or fully blocked filters - we recommend routine maintenance and cleaning of the filters to all of our clients, it not only ensures clear airflow but also can prevent major component failures that can be very costly.

What benefits would I get from routine maintenance?

Equipment on a maintenance contract would be regularly cleaned and efficiency performance checked to ensure running costs are kept to a minimum and breakdowns reduced.
